Extension Of Points Expiry

We would like to inform you that the expiration of RSVP Rewards points will be extended to the end of May 31, 2023. Keep your RSVP Rewards account active to avoid your points expiring by completing a qualifying activity.

Qualifying activity is defined as a Member earning or redeeming points for eligible stay(s) at any Sandman, Sandman Signature, or Sutton Place Hotel(s).

Members must complete at least ONE qualifying activity to retain the points accumulated for 18 additional months. If a Member account is inactive for 18 consecutive calendar months, that Member account will forfeit all accumulated points.

This means your accumulated points will expire on June 1, 2023, unless you complete a qualifying activity between December 1, 2021, and May 31, 2023.
